Question about Computer Speakers

1 Answer

Computer speakers make a fuzzy sound

One day my computer speakers started only producing a low sound even with the volume turned up on the speakers themselves and the control panel. So i bought new speakers because the others were old n i figured they were tearing up. The new speakers are making a humming/buzzing noise that is more clear when i move my mouse. Im sure that everything is hooked up correctly and the volume is turned up on the control panel n the speakers. I was told that i may have to update drivers??? Can anyone help?

Hello there
Yes, Niera, you have to update, the sound drivers, and see on BIOS if something is disable on sound. other than that is posible a a speaker problem.

The volume of my speaker is so low, i cant barely hear it, i cant see anything wrong with it, i checked the AC in, i checked the jack for any short circuit still iget a very low volume out of the speaker...

look on the lower right corner of your screen. there should be a volume icon down there. it looks like a speaker. click that and see if it is set up or down low. if it is low turn it up then it should work. this controls the amount of sound coming out of the sound card on your computer.
