Question about Miele 24 in. Incognito G843SCVi Built-In Dishwasher
I would like to know if I need a service call for this problem or if it is something that I could maybe fix. The control panel is on the inside top of the door made up of an on/off swich and several little black rubber buttons to change cycles. We have had this dishwasher a little bit more than 5 years and have only a handful of times switched cycles. Now I cannot change cycle. I can push the black button down to another cycle type howerver it willnot run then. It only will operate on the cycle we always usually use. Do you have any advice?

if it is draining and not drainig all the water out I think you can increase your drain time. Also check to see if drain hose has fallen make sure it is tied to under counter top.

There is a solenoid that opens the door to the dispenser. You can check it with a volt/ohm meter. Sometimes large dishes can block the door keeping it from opening. I personally know on some Whirlpool washers (because it was mine) that if the bottom drawer is put in backwards, it wont let the door open. When I opened the main door, then the dispenser would flop open. You need a meter to check this part if its not the other things. Without it, you are just guessing.

Yes solved by pulling door apart. There is a small drain tube from the bottom of the ventilation vent, which had some blockage.
Cleared it put door back together and now works just like new.

I have had the same problem. Here is what I've done. Take the door apart (a whole bunch of screws on the side of the door). The front panel will come off and you will see a rubber tube. Take it off and blow it out. Then take the blower out (you need to unscrew the inside of the blower). Take apart the blower and clean it out.

On the display panel of the washing machine there are a few screws on the side. Remove that panel and check for power at the computer and sensor. Also make sure that when it is one and calling for water that it is getting everything everywhere

check if the drain hose is not clogged and try to clean it as it can be that
the hose is clogged and the water is not draining properly. After that check if
the drain pump filter is fine and not clogged, try to clean that as well. After
this check the metal filter, impeller cover and the air gap unit. After checking this you can
reset the error as follows: turn the rotary selector switch to "Stop/End" or
press the "Start/Stop" switch for approx. 5 secs. Then switch the
appliance off and then back on again. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance.
