We're seeing heavy pixelation on all of our prints.

We're seeing heavy pixelation on our prints from our oki C5650 laser printer (And the color fidelity if way off). Everything we're printing is between 300 to 1200 dpi from vector based artwork. Our monitors have been calibrated using Pantones huey pro.

I would try going to the color menu on the printer and performing the density and registration calibration that should cure your problem hope this helps.

Hi, we have an oki C5650 and use sublimation paper through the printer. We have had no troubles up until recently when we purchased a generic magenta cartridge. The red on pictures was bleeding off and...

I cannot understand why you are using sublimation paper on an LED printer which uses toner. I always thought that sublimation printing is used with dye and not toner. Why it worked in the first place is odd. Anyway I reckon you have worn out the fuser and or the fuser is not reaching temperature which is why its not fusing correctly.

2. Menu window will show "OKI USER"
3. Scroll to " Engine Dialog Mode" is indicated. Push Enter button.
4. "Diagnostic Mode xx.xx.xx S-Mode is indicated.
5. Scroll to "NV-Ram initial" is indicated. Push ENTER.
6. Window shows "NV-Ram- Initial Table 1".
7. Push ONLINE and ENTER Buttons simultaneously and HOLD for 10 seconds after you see "Executing Reset" appear in menu window.
