Why can't i get a phone number and talk to someone? is it too much toask?. i paid for norton 360 before the trial period elapsed.now ihave no security, but lots of pop ups. i did foget my account # and password. i do have the credit card bill. help me.
I bought a copy of norton 360 3.0 and ran recovery disks and know I can't find norton 360 3.0 on my computer how do I get it back
I don't see any direct numbers listed online which is a bit sad considering they're one of the most known Anti-Virus / Security companies around.
What they have instead is a Call Back page. Just fill in the information and someone will call you back.
In many ways that's actually easier on the customer...you won't have to stay on hold for an hour to speak with someone...they probably figure you'll be in a better mood if they can avoid this ;)
