Turn off the hands free. Press the call or power button for about 10 seconds until it beeps or flashes. Go into settings on the samsung, turn on bluetooth and pair it up!
Hold the green button down for about 5-10 seconds until the light flashes blue and red alternatively. When it does this it means the device is ready for pairing mode. On your phone, on the bluetooth setting, set yoru phone to be discoverable. It should find the visor and if it ask for a passcode enter 0000 (four zeroes). this should do it.

on phone, select pair new device
when the seal device is found, use code 0000 to pair the phone to the device..
next time you connect, turn on the phones bluetooth and the seal device. press blue button on seal device. it should automatically pair.
Hold onto the second button until you hear a long beep and see 2 buttons flashing red and blue. Then use your phone to pair with the device and the code is "0000".
