First check the video card ..if you have apart and not the on board one ...take it out and plug it back in ....ti be sue it is not that ..
if it just not booting up ..and just make a click noise like it is in a loop ...remove the bios battery and plug it back in after a few seconds..about 10 seconds it enough ..this will reset and make it read the devices again ....
if after that still do not boot at all...I mean you can not see nothing even if it makes noise from tha fans..its the ram memory ...borrow one that fits ...just take a look on the side it is written what kinda slot yo have ddr or ddr2..I believe its ddr.on 400 ..just get one from somewhere even a small one just to see that this is the problem ...after that if it boots with the new on e...( dont forget to remove again the battery after poluging the new ram memory to force reading it ..) just ..bu a suitable and convenient memory unit ...
another thing that you may try ..is to remove the vieo card ..and plug the one on board if it has...this way yo will be able to see if it is the video card to blame ...it has to work ...cause if it is anything else beside ram memory or video car d..it still boots to bios at least ...except the case the motherboard is deat ...Good luck !
