Check drivers fender area, under hood, near strut mount. You should be able to hear and feel click in one of those relays. Check part #'s on them, they are usually same for 2 or 3, which allows you to use another to test circuit before replacing so you know.

1999 grand voyager clicks once but wont start. has done in past but usually after a few turns the motor starts again

Hi Chris, Try cleaning the battery terminal. You may need to remove them and clean oxidization from inside. If that does not work you may have a problem with the starter relay or starter motor. Regards John

My 93 plymouth voyager won't start unless I spray starting fluid down air cleaner, then it only runs a few seconds.

Listen for fuel pump when turning ignition to on position. If no pump sound, locate fuel pump fuse and relay in box under hood. First check fuse, then listen to relay while ignition is turned to on. Relay should click. If no click, replace relay. If click, circuits are good and pump is likely bad. Please reply if you have questions.

I have a 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE, 3.3 ltr Engine, All Systems turn on when key is turned on, but engine won't turn over, Check all relays and are good, new that is proven good, Brown wire to staer...

You need a wiring diagram before you start and get out your meter. How did you check out the relays? Remove them, power up the coils and read OHM's across all contacts or use the buzzer on the meter? You missed one The fact the solenoid is good doesn't mean the contacts inside aren't burnt and not applying current to the starter motor. We over look the easy stuff most of the time. Did you do a voltage drop test on the starter while trying to crank? A new solenoid may be all you need.

Air bag sensor location 1999 plymouth grand voyger se

Should be part of the ACM, (airbag control module) located behind center console, near firewall, but PLEASE BE AWARE, "VERY DANGEROUS " item to fiddle with as airbag(s) could deploy if proper steps are not taken by knowledgeable technician, prior to attempting any repairs to it.
