Black lines along bottom, translucent line across middle, picture jumping

I have had my Toshiba CF36G40 TV for about 10 years or so. Only recently, about 3 months, I have noticed a few things occurring:
1. There is a band of about 4 or 5 black vertical lines across the bottom of the screen. They appear to be moving or flickering. Along with these lines, a white translucent line will move up and down from the very bottom of the screen to about ¾ of the way up.
2. A translucent line will appear across the center of the screen which creates a weird effect, the picture on the top half will be darker, while the bottom half is lighter.
3. The picture shakes or jumps. The picture doesn’t disappear or anything but a portion of the screen will shake and/or flicker.
Does anyone know what these symptoms indicate? Does this mean my TV is dying? I appreciate any assistance anyone can offer.
