I had the same problem (I was was trying to use my WEP410 on a new phone, but couldn't remember the pass code). Final found instuctions on the Samsung web page. Once you get it paired with your phone (WEP410 must be in pairing mode; hold button until soild blue light comes on), then follow your phones instructions. When asked for the pass code, enter 0000 (4 zeros). That should do it. :)
I wanted to answer this for anyone else who found this question using a web search. The answer is 0000 (four zeros) when asked for the pass code. It's the default code. And your lock code (until you change it) is by default, the last four digits of your phone number i.e. 555-444-5555 (5555 would be your code)

If you want to use the headset with a paired phone that is not a "default phone" or
"last used phone", make the connection in the phone’s Bluetooth menu. Resetting the headset
You can reset the headset to its original settings, for example, to change the
default user of the headset. Resetting the headset clears all of its settings,
including pairing information. To reset the headset:
Press and hold the power key and the upper end of the volume control key for 10
seconds. After the headset has been reset, it beeps twice and the red and the
green indicator lights alternate for several seconds.
I was a little annoyed I could not get the manual on the LG site.
But I found it in my drawer...finally...the directions are to do the following for pairing:
1. with the power off, press and hold the pwr/talk button for 2 seconds
the headset will begin to flash blue/red (after about 8seconds)
2. tell your phome to search for new bluetooth device
3. the phone will find the headset and ask for a numerical pairing device number (or equivelent) and put in four zeros i.e 0000
press and hold 0 on you blueant, a green light will flash what means its ready for paring
make sure that bluetooth on your phone is on . Search for new device on your phone open the antenna from the blueant.. the device should conect, pin code is 0000

I have exactly the same problem with the same bluetooth headset: can't find the pairing pass code... thanks for anyone out there who passes on the info from the original user manual... :)
