So, you replaced your battery and now your radio says "code" huh? Ok, here's what to do:
1) If you have your owner's manual and the documents that came with it when you bought the vehicle, check through everything and see if you can find a card with the radio code. It'll be on an individual card, but it may be mixed in w/ the owner's manual or other documents.
2) If you don't have the card, you may be able to call your local dealer and get the code from them. To obtain the info you need to get the code, turn the ignition on, and hold buttons 1 and 6 simultaneously on the radio. It will flash 2 series of numbers/ letters. Write them all down, and then relay them to the service advisor. Hopefully they'll give you the code even if you don't work at a shop. Good luck!
