Hi I want to create a system restore cd for my Toshiba laptop model A105 S2051 its a satellite. I really dont know how to create it since when I bought the system I sorta forgot to create it then. Would...

Go to Start, Programs or All Programs (depending on your OS), then Accessories, System Tools, and click Backup.

A Wizard welcome screen will open. In this screen, click the underlined words for the advanced mode. This will open a tabbed screen. On the Welcome tab, choose the Automated System Recovery Wizard. Another Wizard will open. At this screen, click the "Next" button.

Insert the CD into your CD-burning drive. Double-check the file path and make sure the computer correctly searches for the CD burner. If it does not, click the "Browse" button, find the burner and click "OK." Once the correct path is in, press "Next." At the final screen, click "Finish." This begins the process of creating your restore CD.

You can try a freeware program like CD Burner XP which works with Windows 7 as well, you would get a option to "Finalize Disc" before you begin burning the DVD disc, please do note that finalizing a DVD disc which is not rewritable would not allow you to add further data files to it.

Which is better laptop deal?

Hi !!

Ofcourse 2.4 ghz is better than 2.1 ghz but its not a very big difference if price difference is more than 100$ than go for first one else second one is good and the most important thing i want to mention is that it all depends upon your needs you havent mention for what purpose you are going to purchase. But both are enough for gaming, daily use and for techie as well.

Hope that helps

Purchase laptop

If you've only had it for a few days, you can probably return it to Dell, simply call the customer service line and ask about returning it for a refund. You'll probably have to pay UPS to ship it back to them, so you won't get a 100% of your money, but at least some is better than nothing.

Sound problems with acer travelmate

Check the balance settings in the Volume Properties. At the bottom right of the screen you should see a Volume icon. Right click and select 'adjust volume properties'. In the box that shows up, adjust the slider bar to middle under the 'Balance' column.

If that does not work, then there could be a defect with the internal speakers. Since you only just bought the laptop, you should be able to get it replaced under warranty.
