Since the day I brought the 19.2V drill home, I have had a problem with the batteries holding a charge.

Your problem could be the battery or possiblt the charger but call 1-800-423-3598, give them your model number so they can provide you with either a replacement or a refund.

Danger!!! There is a RECALL NOTICE in effect for batteries and chargers for Kawasaki 19.2v systems. Go to the website and check your model number and they will ship you a free charger, if your model number is affected, RECALL NOTICE
