Best way is to remove the top cover, with out taking the Platen(large rubber roller) that the paper goes around out look to the rear there is a spring that breaks that puts pressure on a pan with feed rollers in it , replace spring or at least put a new hook in it or if you are lucky and it is not broke I could just be unhooked. Also clean all those rollers that are rubber with something nail polish remover. Do not touch plastic with this cleaner, it may melt plastic.
First check if the paper release lever is pulled, thus releasing the tension on the rollers. If this is alright, then there is a real possibility that you have a label or something stuck on the feed rollers or in the paper pan. If you can remove the platen, then you can remove the gunk, if not, then you will probably need to get someone to service the machine for you. Digging in behind there can sometimes solve the problem, but it can also sometimes create other problems. Hope this helps.
on your left hand with top of platen release that leaver and insert the paper from beyound near the platen then the same leaver release into old position and with forward the platen knob the paper will be feed up to your desiered position
There are a few possibilities.
first be sure the paper release lever on the top left side is to the rear, if it is push firmly down on the platen (blacl rubber roller) they do work themselves out. If the platen isn't turning you may have a board problem.
pull the paper release lever and look under the platen as well as you can, to see if there are any forien objects. check if the feed rollers are all in place. the slots in the paper pan under the platen should have rollers in them
