Toshiba lcd projector out of phase (by 2 users)

the model number is tlp450u i am getting ghost on images (double vision)
what could be causing this? The bulb is older could it be the bulb getting weak? HELP!! When you go to phase on the menu it will not let you access it

I have the same problem. I have tried different bulbs and cleaning. So far nothing.
