Question about Casio PRG-40T-7 Pathfinder
Hi--I have a CASIO Pathfinder PAG-40 (Triple sensor) watch, module number 2271. Very recently all of the buttons stopped working. It is stuck in the timekeeping mode but I cannot get it to leave that mode or even turn the light on. I wasn't able to find any similar problem on line. Thanks.
How do you change the battery on the Casio Pathfinder Triple Sensor PAG 40 ?
How many batteries does this watch have ?

I had the same problem after taking the watch in for battery replacement. I found that the back cover screws were too tight. I backed them out 1/4 turn at a time until the buttons started working again. Tightened 1/16th of a turn until the buttons stopped functioning, then backed off to ensure good torque yet still have the button operation.

I have a smilar problem, i changed the batteries, but once i put everything back together, nothing works, can not change time, the adjust button gets stuck when i press it down, but when i remove the back cover it works fine and i set was able to set time. I could not get comp / baro to work.
I also noticed a small spring like thing that might have fell off, but could not figure out from where
