You can reset bios with 2 methods.
(1) Pull CMOS cell from motherbord for 10 minutes.
Then power up the computer 2 times.
Then all settings are defaults.
Then reseat the cell.
(2)You can RESET all settings with jumper settings.
Find jumper on mothebord named "Clear Cmos" It has 3 pins 1-2-3
Set jumper in 2-3 position then power up the computer then again put jumper in 1-2 position then all settings of bios are RESET.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.
Hello,
You can simply unplug the power cable from behind the cpu. Then, pull out the little round shiny battery for about 10 or 15 minutes. Put in back the battery after 15 minutes and plug in the computer and press the power button. Now you should get a message that says CMOS or BIOS settings have been reset.
You have now successfully reset the bios!
Thanks,
Lolita
