My CP-220 printer will not pick up the paper. I bought it used and am trying to make sure it will do everything except print since the cartridge I have has been used & is empty.

I had the same problem. You just need to make sure the toner cartridge is not empty, as the feeder will not pick up the paper if this is the case. Hope this helps.

Canon mx860 printer not using ink from PGBK 220

Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent ink drying out and blocking the print head nozzles.
If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive.
It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer than replace the print head.

Printer is only printing on the right side of the photo paper

Check out the cartridge on the Rack moving completely otherwise clean up the Carriage rack,

remove the Cartridge once and then clean it firmly, its Nozzle and contact strip.

Then clean out with a cotton or paper the carriage rack and contract strip, also the Roller (if you are accessible to that).

If no luck then try for reinstall the printer, and use of new cartridge.

Let me know if you need further assistance. Download the Driver using this link:

No print catridge

The solution above worked on my printer, without power cycling.
1. Remove all paper from the input tray.
2. Open and close the door.
3. Reinsert the paper into the input tray.

Thanks,

Ilyas
