Question about Radio Scanners
After a nightmare dealing with Tates the main Renault dealer. We got the car back in a dreadful state (it,s a long story) The upshot of this experience is the we shall never go near Tates again even for for the simplest of tasks... they are total incmpitant rip off merchants.
To the point... When our Renault arrived back one of the many problems is still unsolved. How to reset the sterio code... Ihave done this before but it does not seem to work this time ...I am doing something wrong.
1.I have the code number and have tried to enter the code ...
2.0000 on screen.
3.Pull base tabs of radio control towards me to correspond to first number.
4.Move to next number by pressing base button.
5.Enter next number and so on until code is complete.
If this is correct.... and I am not 100% sure it is
I know that after this, there is another also another procedure here that I am not getting right.
I have ended up with CODE where there was 0000 This has gone back to 0000 twice after my abortive attemps but is noe seemingly stuck on CODE.
Help !!!!!!!! Please
