Acer webcam isnt working properly, now i h...
acer webcam isnt working at all now. i don't know what I did exactly but I now have lost it totally I seem to can't pull it up at the start up menu. I hardly ever used it and I was gonna show a friend and it wouldn't show webcam. I didn't do anything to it till I tried to fix it myself.

- Whwn i first installed XP on my 5630, the webcam was working properly without any driver.(Tried in msn once, and the 'usb video device' in my computer many times) Then I tried to use it in msn a few weeks later and it stoped working. I've read every forums, installed every kind of drivers, I even reinstalled the windows, but it's still says, the webcam is used by another application...- bpattilaSep 29, 2008

which model u have specify u r acer model..then install the driver cd provided by acer.insert the cd into u drive hen right click on cd icon in my computer.in the menu popup click on open option.it will shown all the contents of the cd.in this there a folder like SW1 OR SW2 IN SW1 folder there ccd foldr opn the folder install driver and the applicatio for cam.then restart the pc.i think its will work
