I purchased Motorola C168i AT&T from USA. I want to use it in India but it when I insert Indian service provider's sim, it asks for Network Pin. I don't have data cable.

I bought two Motorola c168i when I was in the US and now would like to unlock them from AT&T so I can use them where I live overseas.
