Hi Thanks for using FixYa. F11 is a communication
error between the central control unit (CCU) and the motor control unit (MCU).
To start with check the wire harness connections between CCU and MCU, and then
check the motor. If both of them appear to be working fine then it seems that
the MCU of your washer has gone bad as the control unit seems to be working

There is a control lock so noone can start the washer washer or change your settings after starting the washer. There is a subscript under one of the option buttons that says (usually not very dark or prominant) Control Lock Hold for 3 seconds. Hold this button in for 3 seconds, sometimes slightly longer and the control lock should turn off. Most are not aware of this feature because it is never used. If this does not solve your problem unplug the washer for about five minutes and try again, if problem still persists please repost.

be sure that the tub is moving around with out the outer tub moving....could be a motor controller problem.....but heres the part#s tub assembly#8181912 youll want to replace the seal too. seal#8181673
