- I inseted my usb cord into my computer an into my computer an went to google videos, downloaded the videos an took videos to media convetor to convert size an it wouldnt convert, nor would the videos show up after dragging them to my folders under my computer

You must use the Media Convertor software that came with the GoGear installation CD to convert all video files into a format that the GoGear recognizes. If you lost the CD or manual, go to the Philips website - they have both available for download. Under software and drivers, select "Media converter Software"; under documentation, click "User's Manuals"
