Question about Canon PowerShot A400 Digital Camera
Hi I am in Toronto, canada. I have a unique problem here. My wife dropped the camera one day soon after i bought it, at the time i did not know that the little battery( that powers the date and time) fell out along with the little casing that it fits into.Love the camera, works great for me, it's hard to find the little battery casing anywhere though since the camera was discontinued. If anyone can direct me to a source would be greatly appreciated.
I guess you cannot buy this thing anywhere but from the Canon Service Center. Just present the item so with your warranty card and let them do the work. Since dropping it voids the warranty, they'll have to charge you with the hardware replacement and on the service. i think this is the best thing that you can do.
