We had a GE 7 port hub that burnt up this morning----thank goodness I got up when I did or it would have caught on fire! Any idea why it overheated?

No, that wasmnt the problem, it was ventilated, nothing near it.
This Problem has been added to the Share Your Expertise Page under "My Work Queue".
