You may need some more RAM. More than likely the system gets overloaded with the limited RAM that it is there and has no choice but to crash. Get some more RAM and replace the ones you currently have with 1G or 2G sticks.

There could be a number of reasons why your predator restarts.
Most likely cause is that it is over heating, try putting new thermal paste on your CPU and make sure your predator is not standing to close to anything that might block the airflow that cools the PC. If you took the liquid cooling option check if it is working.
