I Dont Think Anyone Gets An Installation Disc With A ROM

Anyway U Should Just Plug It In (The Drive) And It Should Plug and Play Function. If You Are Running Vista or XP

OtherWise If A box Appears That Cannot Locate Driver Or Insert Installation Disc Like In Vista Just Browse My Computer From There and Put This Address to Search - YOur Win Drive

ex -: C:/Windows
And Search All Drivers Should Get Installed IF This Doesnt Work Just Comment Or If U Dnt Understand Just Comment On This I Have Some More Solutions...................................................................

Good Day.

Can't tell if it burns dvds

Perform an observation of the written descriptions located on the device burner. DVDR +W is indication of capacity to burn DVD R+W only. Usually, the empty disk has to be compartible with the burners specification to commnece downloads.

Couldn't format and burn the DVD+RW

It could be a problem of the version you are using with Nero 7, try upgrading. It also could be that you are try to burn the DVD RW at a speed it cannot be burned (say 4x), try burning it at 2x.
Hope this works!
