I have verizon wireless service for my xv 6700. I cannot receive/send pix messages. When someone sends me one I get a notice saying that there is a message waiting in my MMS Inbox, but when I click to view it i get an error message saying unable to retrieve message. I was on the phone with Verizon for over an hour and they couldn't fix the problem. Any ideas???

- no MMS on iPAQ 6916 (monthly with O2). Attitude of O2 is unhelpful to say the least. Tried lots of settings, but still 'unable to connect'- ceekenApr 08, 2009
- When ever someone sends me a MMS or a picture to my phone, it tells me to download the mms. Then when i click download it says "Error.. unable to connect, verify to your profile settings and try agian!" When i try agian it says the same thing. What should i do!? Help me! - GuestFeb 18, 2009
