I have a Panasonic PT-61LCX65 and it has Neon Pink lines around all of the light images. It also has several red, green and blue spots on the screen. Do you know what I can do to fix this? And also how much it may cost. Someone said it was the Optical Assembly Block but when I looked on the Panasonic website for parts, that was not a part listed.

If they are large colored circles behind the picture scenes, mine had it too. Fix was as simple as service technician plugging into the EPROM and loading a software update. Picture then was better than day1.
CALL PANASONIC THERE WERE SEVERAL MODELS FROM PANASONIC THAT HAD MANY PROBLEMS WITH EEPROM CORRUPTION THAT WOULD CAUSE THOSE KINDS OF SPOTS PANASONIC WILL MOST LIKELY PAY FOR THE REPAIR IF YOUR MODEL FALLS UNDER THE GUIDELINES.
Panasonic didn't release a 61" LC13, are you sure that you dont have a PT-61LCX65, 35 or 15. If your model ends with a 5, call 1-800-211-PANA (7262) to schedule service, they have a fix fuzzy the fuzzy colored spots they are covering under warranty.
I called Panasonic and they are sending a repairman. My TV is 3 years old. They said they'd cover the repair as a one-time in-warranty even though it is out of warranty because they've been having problems with this model. Don't do like me and try to live with the problem.
