Didnt the CD come with your flashdrive?
If not the manufacturers website should have the driver on there for your flashdrive.

My Hitachi Touro 4TB external hard drive get stuck every time I try to transfer large files. How do I fix that? The format is NTFS and the files are 4g and up.

External hard drives are popular portable storage devices because they allow you to back up files such as documents, music and videos, and transfer files from one computer to another. While external hard drives vary in storage capacity, they are ideal for storing large files such as videos and animations. Files of this nature consume volumes of hard drive and memory space and are best stored in external hard drives. Whether you are using Windows or Mac OSX, transfer large memory consuming files to your external hard drive quickly and safely. Connect your external hard drive to your computer using the Firewire or USB cable that came with your portable storage device. If its transferring to slow the usb lead might be at fault or you might need a usb 3 card which makes data transfers much faster USB 3 card will provide more power when needed to the device to gain maximum throughput and conserve power when the device is connected but is idling these can be purchased on Ebay cheap and easy to install for roughly $9 or $10free postage Power on your drive. Some external hard drives do not have a power button, because your computer powers them on automatically using the Firewire or USB cable. Click the Windows "Start" orb and click "Computer" or "My Computer" to launch Windows Explorer if you are using a Windows PC. You should see your external hard drive in the "Drives" section next to the "Local drive (C:)" drive. If you are using a Mac, you should see your external hard drive on the desktop. Double-click your external hard drive to open its hard disk window. If you have any content on your external hard drive, you should see it in this window. Drag files from your computer to your external hard disk's window. Because you are uploading large files, make sure their memory s do not exceed your drive's total memory. Your computer shows a status bar displaying the upload progress for each file you are transferring to your drive. The upload time varies depending on the of the file. Close the hard disk window when you finish uploading the files you want to store, and then click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon on the System Tray next to the clock, if you are using Windows. The hardware removal window launches. Click your external hard drive's icon in the hardware removal window, and then click "Stop." When prompted, disconnect your external hard drive from your computer. Drag your external hard drive's icon from the desktop to the trash bin on the dock if you are using a Mac. Disconnect your drive from your computer. If you right click in the bottom toolbar select applications to see whats running at the time when transferring the files might be a virus or malware if you see something running that should not be select end now also processes to see what ticking over in the background

Hope this helps b>

How to get back the picture in the memory card

When you lost photos due to deletion, format, virus corruption or other reasons, the first thing you need to do is:
• Stop using the memory card to take new photos
• Don't transfer new data into the card
• Don't try to read the card when it turns to be inaccessible
• Keep your card well and don't make any physical damage

Maybe you can try uFlysoft Data Recovery for Mac, it can recover empty trash on Mac only in three steps:
Step 1. Launch the software to scan the device where your files deleted
Step 2: Preview the scan result files and make mark if it is the one you find
Step 3: Recover files

I have a memory card from my nokia 3230,.. im on transferring files from my USB device to my memory card... while the transferring is on process, my USB cable interrupt it.. Then, the memory card and USB...

your memory card is not usable anymore, because during the transfer process it should be not interrupted because this will really lead to hardware damage. as for now we can do nothing about it but just to purchase a new memory card.

How do you wipe a computer with windows xp, without the cd or a floppy. there has to be a way to use a usb. (computer wont boot passed welcome screen). don't need to save xp either.

If your system supports it you can go into your Bios (right when computer starts booting up you press (usually "Delete" key) to enter Bios setup.
In the Bios you go to Boot devices, any devices set up for booting will show in a list in numerical order, this order is the order your system gives preference for booting. Most times you will see your hard drive and your cd drive already there. Select the first one and open the pop up menu for it (on the right side of the screen it should tell you what key to hit to change the value), if your USB device is there then select it to be your first boot device. Then hit the key for that 'Exits and Saves Changes' (usually F10). This exits Bios and starts your system booting up again.

Before you boot up though you need to have your memory stick set up with either Windows Install files (i.e. burning the windows install disc to your usb device) or format your USB device to be a boot disc (this will only then allow you to boot to a DOS prompt though and you would still need the Windows files)

Can't transfer my email files from old computer to new computer

Good Day!

To transfer files from an old computer you can use USB or flash drives, copy the files from your Old Computer to Flash drive, after copying---attach the flash drive to your new computer then copy the files and save it. This is the easiest way to transfer files.

Other way of transferring;

-You can also transfer files by Burning your files into a CD/DVD and copy it to your new computer.
-Get your hard disk from the old computer and attached it to your new computer
-Or connect/network your two computers.

I recommend USB or Flash drives, the simplest and easy way.

Hope I was able to help.

Photo transfer

When you connect your phone to the mac via the USB does the phone appear on your desktop?

If the phone does mount on the desktop the easiest way to get them on and manage them is with iphoto (or ilife if installed) use the app to import the files. When importing find the phone and look for the images folder.

The manual way.
The mac should pick up most phones and see them as a hard drive. If it does mount on the desk top you can then open the drive and find the images. They are usually in the picture or image folder.

If you cannot see the drive on your desktop and you have bluetooth on your mac. you could transfer the images via bluetooth. Slower but they will get there. You'll just have to pair the devices.

As 'git1' said. If all that fails you'll need to let us know what make the phone is.
