Its eighter the memory is not in propperly, the harddrive aint inpropperly,,
Turn the laptop over, and you will see a small cover held in place with a screw,
take the screw oyr and thats your memroy(rams)
to get to your harddrive you do it from the top.
ensure you check the cables for the finger pad and keyboard that it is in propperly as well..
to remove the top, take the forunt cover off by first removing the hinge coverss and the to stip(the part with the power button on it),,
then unscrew your keyboard.. and lift it off.
