What happens when you chose open to see files, this is how I us mine. I go to the folder tree and drag my files from the computer folder to the music folder on the player. If you use windows media player you can convert cd's to mp3 from the menu at the top. if you can not see the menu right click the top bar next to the now playing button, and chose classic menus. Then go to -> tools -> options -> rip music tab and look for the folder it will put mp3's in or change it to a folde you make at the top of the folder tree say ( create a folder named AAA. right click the top c:\ drive and create a new folder and re-name it aaa that will put it at the top). then in the rip music location chose mp3 rip when cd in inserted and close out and your good to go. rip a cd and drag it onto your player.
are you trying to download to your mp3 player?if yes then connect mp3 player to pc open my computer tab find your mp3 player there open mp3 player tab then drag and click your music to the mp3 player
If you still need assistance with that issue i know what you should do.
Connect the ipod to your computer and when it shows up in itunes, close itunes.
Then open your start menu and go to My Computer.
Here you will see you ipod. Double click on the ipod to open it..
After it is open you will need to click and drag the itunes music folder from the ipod onto your desktop. this may take a while if you have allot of music on it.
after that you will add the folder to itunes by going to the File option in the top tool bar of itunes, and select Add Folder To library
format your phone by typing *#7370# and your phone will be reset. next time, it would be beter to transfer your music from folders. create a folder with the music you want and transfer them to your phone
maybe the files is corrupted you need to re format the phone..so that all original files of the unit will be rstore again ... but doing that all save data could be lost, also picture, sound, and numbers that save in your phone memory... thak you please rate..
