My HP 694c hangs while printing

My HP 694c takes paper then starts printing then after few lines it stops and roars with noise as if something is stuck. when i try to print a test page by pressing on the test button it either prints the HP logo then stops or print half the page and stops evereytime exactly at the same point.
I took it to an agency and cleaned it well, I even changed the motherboard with another one of the HP 680 but the error is the same

i've gone mad

what could it be?? mechanism problem ?? chip problem??

is there a solution?

Re: my HP 694c hangs while printing

Probably the service station motor is burn out ...
However try to lubricate the carriage shaft with some oil, supposing carriage blockage.

After a paper jam the ink not setting

If you check the quality of printing by changing the cartridge, then you only have to replace Fuser Unit. Probably that when you remove the sheet (paper jam) fixing deteriorated film oven. Best printer behind the door (rear door) and a flashlight to look to see when you print you can see something broken, a foil. the printer stopped trying to push the fuser - the two blue clamps can not be fixed because of this well and make noise. in most cases breaking a finger to catch the oven (the clip is on the side of the oven gear) so when you change the oven will resolve the problem with noise

Prints blank lines

You either have a cartridge leaking, or what we use to call "whiskers". Sometimes the paper dust and ink will cause there to be hairs hanging under the ink cartridge that drag on the paper. If this is your problem, the only way I know to clean it is to remove the cartridge and get a damp Qtip and clean out under the cartridge carrier.

Hi, have you tried another cartridge? Sometimes if a cartridge has been sitting around for a while, they become blocked with dry ink and print quality gets poor.
