Panasonic CF-E1 Bios Update

Hi, i have a Pnasonic Desktop CF-E1.The BIOS is Phoenix 4.0 ver 6.0.0
I want update to the latest version. I can't find it. Please help.

Thats an old pc and flashing the bios (if not done right) could kill your pc..... with it bein so old and computers now being so cheap your best bet is to invest in a new computer. I have looked for your bios update with no luck either.

3 inserting bios copier to bios
4 coppy bios file and paste to bios ic

Just download that same Bios version or a newer version for your computer from the US support site and install it.

Bios update version for hp a1420n

keep the flash drive in hand. try to install xp. while install it was asking for bios update and ask for press f8 for bios update and insert pen drive and select the path it will automatically update the bios and start installing

go to and download a bios update to a floopy then turn on your comp hit f2 to bring up your configs select boot then boot from floppy then restart your comp
