Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
We need to remove the pedestal from the washer so that we can stack the washer and dryer. We have been told that once the washer is upright it must stay that way, but there is now way to remove the drawer and but the feet on it. We have the pins that it came with to hold the washer drum in place but they will not go back in.
First remove the top of the washer via 3 tork, 7mm hex head screws (they are hidden located on rear of washer) then you can see to line up the tub with the shipping bolts. Just put 2 in --one lower and upper opposing each other and that will be sufficient. I believe there is two screws holding the drawer in located at the track towards the front of the drawer. Now you can lean it over with no worries to remove pedestal
