Question about Computers & Internet
I bought my Lenovo last April and wish to backup my pc to DVDs. When I tried I received two error messages*. I then decided to uninstall Rescue and Restore 4 and download it from the Lenovo website. I uninstalled the original R&R and downloaded tvtrnr4v_117en.exe. Unfortunately, after going through the long installation process I received the following message:
Error 1304: Error writing to file C:Program FilesCommon FilesLenovoLoggerlogman.exe. Verify that you have access to that directory
When I looked at the Logger directory I found that it was apparently empty.
Any suggestions??? (I have spent all morning on this and am getting sore eyes)
* Error 25013: Error obtaining the Rescue and Environment drive letter and
Error 25012: Error accessing the Rescue and Recovery service partition
As I have uninstalled the original Rescue and Recovery these error messages no longer apply

Sorry for the delayed responce. Ok first thing is first. The "files/folder is not accessible" occurs because the program cannot find the files in the place where they should be. for example if you put your socks in a draw and your wife moved it, when you return you wont have axcess to them right :) will basically its the same thing here. What you will need to do is find the default directory of itunes it should be in the Options or tools ir settings menu (I dont use itunes so i am not sure just play around in the program until you find it) once you do you need to search you computer for where the PC Backup put your files ..
click start then search and type the name or piece of the name of a song you know should be there. Once you find it browse to the directory of where the song is located. Click start then my computer then local disk to get to your harddrive. Go to the folder that has the songs and copy them. then paste them into the directory where itunes is looking for them.
