Black & decker frypans EF40 cool touch handles broken

Both handles have broken from a result of bad handling.
The part number in the product manual is 763348.
I cannot seem to find a place for spares, could anybody help?
Its a great fry pan & it is a shame to get rid of it in such good working order.
