Question about Zyxel Prestige 660HW Wireless Router (PRESTIGE660HW)
This has nothing to do with firmware!
You need to login to the router (http://192.168.1.1) and select the advanced setup, on the left hand side of the screen you will see some words written in blue (network, maintenance, security etc) select the "advanced" one and then "bandwidth mgmt" there are 3 lines here (LAN, WLAN and WAN). Untick all the "Active" boxes and click "apply".
Logout and reboot both your computers........problem solved!

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
