To be sure, go to your Paypal account and log in, check the latest transaction, if you still have the same amount then nothing was taken out of your account. If Paypal takes the money out of your bank account, then check your bank account, again, if there is no change, nothing was taken from the bank account. Also, sometimes it takes a while for the information to show up, even thou usualy Paypal send you an email almost instantly. If money was taken out, the I recommend that you contact Paypal via telephone.

This model DVD/CD writer is a SATA drive and unless your motherboard has a SATA connector then you have a slight problem. You will need to purchase a SATA controller and install it into your PCI expansion slot, then connect your new DVD/CD drive to this SATA controller. You will also need a SATA adapter power cable converter which plugs into the 4 pin power connector.

In case you purchased a boxed product, the serial number is supposed to be on the back of the CD/DVD case or on a sticker on the CD/DVD sleeve.
You can also find your serial number in your Adobe account if you registered your product. If not, you will have to contact Adobe and provide a proof of purchase.

Unless you are running some non-windows operating system, or some very old computer, or your hard disk drive is full, there is no reason why you cant install office on your pc. What version of the Office are you trying to install, how much disk space is required? Make sure your user account, the one you sign into the computer with has the administrator privileges to add and remove software. These abilities will not be enabled if you are using a guest account or a simple use account. things that might interfere are certain malware and virus infections that prevent the user from installing new applications. You can boot into safemode with network support and download Microsoft Security Essentials from the microsoft website. Make sure when you log on using safemode, you are using an accoun that is equipped with privileges to install software. Install the MSE and run a full scan. Then reboot and log in with an administrator privileged account and try installing your MS Office again. Make sure you have sufficient disk space on your hard drive. If you had a trial version of the software that cam bundled on your computer, you may need to uninstall the trial version first. Also, make sure you CD is not damaged. Try it on another machine to see if it will install, if will not, take the CDROM back place of purchase and ask for an exchange.

See if the Drive Reads in My Computer. See if you can see the contents of the CD. Try to run or play the data.

If not... you may need to uninstall the CD driver and let it reload again. The way to do that is to Rt Click My Computer | Letf Click Properties | go to Device Manager | go to and open DVD - CD Rom Drive Folder | Rt Click the Device and unistall. Total Shut Down Reboot after taken out the Drive in the system. Start up and let it completely finish. Shut down again... restart with drive back in. Hopfully it will redetect and work.

Follow these steps to print on a CD or DVD.

1. Make sure that the CD/DVD tray is completely closed (completely inserted into the product).
   NOTE: Make sure that the side of the tray that holds the CD/DVD is inserted into the printer first.
2. In HP Photosmart Essential, click the Print tab.
3. Click Printer Settings and then click Advanced to open the printer properties.
4. In the properties, click the Features tab.
5. In Paper Type , select Printable CD 120mm .
6. In Source , select the CD/DVD tray .
7. Save the settings and then again attempt to print on the CD or DVD.

If the DVD is not reading any CD, then it is often a lens problem.

Try first cleaning lens with a lens cleaner DVD, possibly one with cleaning solution, that can be purchased at any computer & electronics shop.

If that does not work the unit must be taken apart, to clean the lens pickup with isopropyl alcohol and soft cotton tips.
