Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Usually answered in minutes!
computer, windows vista is not recognising the driver for my dab radio da1102 as above, i also tried to contact the philips web site but to no avail. all roads lead nowhere. nobody has answers. there must be somebody out there who knows the answer. the only solution i have read so far, was on one site which a person in the same boat got fed up of banging there head up against the wall that they formated there hard drive and re'installed everything. a bit harsh i think but there are no answers.
We have a da1102 player, we have transfered music from the computer (Windows Vista) then on to the player but found when trying to play back it says "Error, can't open file". Please can anyone help us?
