Set the harmony remote to switch the pioneer first, then the rest of your stuff.

Sounds like a short in the amp that will need to be repaired before the unit will stay powered on.

press and hold the source button till the pioneer unit shuts off...........once the unit is powered off press and hold the F / function button once the clock displays or you hear a beep press function button repeatedly until telephone appears......once this happens press the skip button to left or right to change to ATT (attention).........once you have done this press and hold the source button till the pioneer unit powers on....now simply turn up the volume and problem should be solved

I have the same problem, One day I open the djm-600 for replace the jack whole (easy), then of this when i close the mixer my pioneer died, but when I push the power button I can listen a little sound like ¿voltage running? Please Help !!!

When the set goes into protection BANG like that, without any intermittencies, usually the convergence ICs have gone out and need replacing. I recommend using the STK 392-180s, which are the stronger upgrade to the 392-110s used originally. You'll need 2.

yeah, I have the same issue... The tv worked fine, and now it will not turn on... the light turns green, then turns off and goes red...

Power supply problem. Most equipment today has remotes and the power supply has to remain on to sense the remotes signal.
But the actual receiver section does not get power until the remote says so or you hit the power on button on the unit. Internally the supply then feeds the device. Most likely cause is a power surge or storm.
See if the remote will power it up?
I presume this is still under warranty. If you don't have it plugged into a good surge supression outlet strip, Get one!

you guessed right you got a problem with the projector, I always point my finger to Power suppy problems on these sets for about any other problem would mean throw-away or too expensize to fix. good luck
