Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

How to connect ur psp to internet

Requirements: 1 Router, 1 psp. 1. Make sure your psp WLAN switch is on. It is located on the top of the newer psp's, or on the left of the older ones. 2. Go go to the psp menu, then go to the left tab on the left. Scroll to the very bottom of that menu. 3. Click "Network Settings", then "Infrastructure Mode" click that. 4. Click "[New Connection]", then "Scan". 5. Now it will show a list of Routers and or connections. The "SSID" name will be of your router.(Make sure the signal strength is 70% or better! And also that the Security is "None" Unless you know the security code.) 6. Press right or X when it shows the SSID menu. 7. Press right or X on the WLAN Security Settings (DO NOT CHANGE THIS OPTION!) 8. Press right or X on "easy" unless you have knowledge on networks. (If you do not see this then you have a security code, if so put it in on that menu then you will see this one.) 9. Press X on the "Connection Name" to edit it, change the name to some thing you will let you know its your connection. Then Press the Start button when done with the name. 10. Now it will show you a overview of your connection settings Press right or X to save and test it. 11. Now you have internet when you connect to it click the connection name you chose!

How yo download psp games

First, you have to find the game you want, and download it to your computer.

  1. 1 Once the PSP games are downloaded, connect the PSP to your computer by using the USB cable that comes with the PSP console. Change your PSP console into PSP mode by pressing the "Home" button. Next scroll left to the "Setting" column and scroll down until "USB Connection". Press "X" button to enter PSP into USB mode.
  2. 2 To download the PSP games into your console, the games must be copied and downloaded onto the correct folder in order for the games to work. And the correct path is PSP > GAME in order for the any PSP games to work correctly. If the "PSP" and "GAME" folder does not exist on your PSP memory stick, you need to manually create the folder with folder name in ALL CAPS.
  3. 3 Once you have finished downloading or transferring the games onto the PSP memory stick, you can disconnect your PSP from the computer. From the PSP console main menu, scroll over to the "GAME" column on your Sony PSP and continue to scroll down on the memory stick. Press "X" and a list of game files will be displayed. Scroll downward and you will be able to see the games you have just installed.
  4. 4 Press "X" again to confirm your selection and play the PSP games. I had tried to practice the steps above many times in my PSP and it worked all the time. Hopefully it will also work for your console too.

Hopefully, this works for you!

My psp files gone

I assume you have a PSP with customize firmware.

1. Turn on your PSP and press the "SELECT" button and the VSH Menu will appear.

2. Scroll down to USB Device and change the setting into "Memory Stick".
(Use the up & down directional button to scroll and use the left & right directional button to change the setting.)

3. Scroll down to UMD ISO MODE and change the setting to "SONY NP9660".

4. After you change the setting EXIT to the main console and restart your PSP.

If this solution did not work come back and we will try other solutions.
