I bought a Utilitech #0192775 self-adjusting wall timer to regulate some window candles. I want to simply set it to come on from dusk to dawn, and have followed their directions the best I can. However, it does not work. Even some of the steps in the instructions are not on this model, so it is impossible to follow their directions to the "t". Do you know how to get this wall-timer to do what it says it will do? Thank you!!
I have a Utilitech indoor/outdoor 2 outlet timer that I wanted to use for lights outside our camper. The lift up tabs are OFF when up and ON when down. E.g. to start lighting at 7 p.m., and stop lighting at 1 a.m., lift all tabs AFTER 1 a.m. and BEFORE 7 p.m. Basically 3/4 of the tabs will be lifted up (for the OFF time) and 1/4 of the tabs will be left in the down position (for the ON time.)
OK, thanks, now what about the switches on the sides, do I leave it on II 0 or 1? and what is that for, and the other side what do I switch that to. (a circle on top or the other one.switched in the down position.
Thanks for you help

Push all the pins down. Pull them up for on/off times. Set the clock by turning the dial to current time. Plug it in. Plug timed items into timer outlets. Warning: Both outlets will turn on and off at the same time.

Great! I just bought one and am typing the directions from a blown-up scan so I can read them. This us the 3rd timer that doean't seem to want to be programmed and I am forced to operate manually!
