Question about Sanyo PLV Z1 Multimedia Projector
My problem is with the plc xe20 sanyo proxtrax multiverse projector, sounds like its about to power up then shuts its self down, have heard bulb may not be problem even tho warning light is on
SOURCE: Sanyo LCD Projector
If there is no LED's switching on , then you can definitely rule out the lamp.
Try opening up the unit by taking out all the screws at the bottom and taking of the top cover.
Then repalce the fuse that is on the Powersupply Board ( the one that has the AC socket on it )
If the problem there after still exists , you will have to replace the Powersupply Board.
Hope this is of help and thanks for using Fixya !

Hello. There is no "device" needed to connect the units together...You'll need a cable that is"mini display port to vga". In order to connect the projector to the laptop, the cable has to have the special Apple connector which fits into a specific socket on the back of the laptop. The other end is just a standard vga connector which is plugged into the computer input on the projector. Hope I helped you!
