Question about Audio Players & Recorders
We just purchased a Mixsonic mp3/mp4 player Model MX-4096MD from overstock.com. When we tried to install it, we received a pop-up message warning that this software did not have a microsoft logo for XP and they did not recommend proceeding as it could cause damage to our operating system. Can you tell me what I need to do to fix this problem? I cannot find a site to download a fix.
You can safely install the software. This just means that the manufacturer did not take the time and spend the money to get microsoft to certify their software (as most manufacturers of cheap gadgets do). Chances are you will not run into any problems apart from those you would also encounter with certified drivers software.
