I believe, through searching, that this is an Accton.com.tw (accton.com) product. Having trouble find this model, is it old?

Probably doesn't have a power switch. I found a manual for 3016A:

http://mars.accton.com.tw/ww/accton_manuals.nsf/0/a216d6504b9202f7482566d5003337ef/$FILE/eh3008a_16a.pdf

And it just says plug the power cord in.

* Anyway why would you need a power switch for a switch-hub? Once it gets plugged in it pretty much stays on all of the time.

Of course you have no power. You're unit is probably dead for some reason or the other. Maybe you could open it and look for a fuse or other power supply problem? Assuming you have no warranty on it. If you do have warranty then you should pursue the warranty path for help with it. They seem to have USA support information.

No power to switch. ts there a reset button?

Check the power plug cord, might be bent so often that the internal wire)s) are broken. You can cutoff old plug and replace with new one.

Replacing power switch

Power switches on most of these have wires that plug in. Once you remove the switch you should be able to unplug the wires and plug them back onto the replacement switch.
These are replaceable items.

There is no power switch on the enhance atx 1123b that I have . What actually powers it up?

Just about every power supply I've owned doesn't have a power switch. The power supply is turned on by one of the wires in the 24 pin connector. According to this it looks to be pin 16 and how to turn it on:

"Short this pin to GND to switch power supply ON, disconnect from GND to switch OFF."

Hope this helps

My desktop computer wont power on

Suggest you see if the problem is the Power On switch, or the Power Supply.

(First check to see if the receptacle in the surge protector, that the computer is plugged into, has power.
Have had a few bad surge protectors, where just THAT receptacle was bad.

"Hmmm, surge protector power on LED light is lit. Monitor, printer, and router have power, that are plugged into the surge protector.

Plugged a lamp into THAT receptacle, and found it to be bad)

To test whether the Power On switch, or the Power Supply is bad, a jumper wire is used to bypass the Power On switch.

[ The Power On switch is located inside the plastic Power On button.
This is an example of a generic ATX Power On switch, that I have found fits many computers,

http://www.directron.com/atxswitch.html ]

The jumper wire is used on the 20, or 24-pin ATX main power cable's connector.
While still plugged into the motherboard.

The jumper wire connects to the Soft Power On wire, (Green), and to any Ground wire. (Black)

Example of a 20-pin ATX main power cable, and it's respective connector,

http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#atxmain20

Example of a 24-pin ATX main power cable, and it's respective connector,

http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#atxmain24

Using the jumper (Wire) to bypass the Power On switch, turns the Power Supply on?
The problem is a bad Power On switch.

Using the jumper to bypass the Power On switch, does Not turn the Power Supply on?
The problem is a bad Power Supply.

There is a correct procedure for performing this test.

It will not switch on - there is no power light, and also the 3 prong plug in the back flops from side to side. switched the on/off switch on under the tv, but no power light comes on, pressed the power...

Please check the power cord. The plug and the socket and ensure the wires are connected properly. Check the wall plug and see that it has power. Also check the power cable on a different device. If it still does not work check the connection of plug at the back. Hope it is not loose. Also check the voltage settings. It should be 220/240 volts

T-5010 Power supply issue

the voltage switch should be a small red switch, right below where the power cord plugs in. you will need a small screwdriver to switch it easily.

if you are getting no power at all, i would also check all the wiring connections on the motherboard from the ATX power switch. these are not that hard to dislodge and could also account for your problem.
hope this helps

Radio Panasonic RF-4900 - no power

Just spent the afternoon with an RF4900 with a power problem. The set was intermittent. Found on the back of the set where the ac plugs in, there is a switch that is ingaged when the ac plugs into the set. If the ac cord is old it might not be engaging this switch when the cord is plugged into the set. The switch controls ether battery power or ac power.
