You'd lose all data
Download BlackBerry 7290 firmware... run apploader
Copy 7290 firmware folder from C:\program files\common files\research in motion\....
and paste in drive C:\
Plug in USB Cable without battery
It will start erasing. all data ... after it finished the soft was waiting for JVM device ....
Now disconnect phone and this time connect phone with battery... It will start loading application and finish updating the device..
Finally use FG to unlock it successfully...

office 365 uses protocol TLS 1.2 since October 15th and I think you Kyocera is using TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 which Microsoft has stopped using due to vulnerabilities in the protocol.
