It depends on where you live and what telephone company you are with...you will need to contact your telephone company and ask for the temporary ( call by call ) caller rejection unblocking code.( eg the code will be different in the UK compared to say the USA ) Please note that this will reveal your number to the called party thus enabling the call to go through. ( assuming you have your number permanently withheld as is implied by your comments )

Hope it helps.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

There is either a fault on your line (get in touch with your supplier via email) or your service has been restricted by your provider, again email them.

To remove call barring activation

Call Barring - Enables you to restrict or bar certain or all types of calls to and from your mobile phone, i.e. outgoing calls, outgoing international calls, incoming calls. Barring is activated with a personal code.

Call barring is a mobile phone feature that allows the user to set certain prohibitions on incoming or outgoing calls. This is an effective means to prevent the phone being used to make expensive international or premium rate calls, particularly when the phone is to be used by people other than the subscriber.

Many companies that provide handsets for business use now employ call barring as a security measure, to control their use and restrict calls to pre-approved numbers. The user's personal code must be used to activate this feature.

How do I get it?
Contact your local Service Provider. You will need a four digit barring code. Initially this will be 0000. You should create a personal barring code for security. Please consult your cellphone's instruction manual.

What does it cost?
This service is free.

Also you can deactivate it from your cell phone..
Different cell phones have different setting functions,

You can try these out. It's the general way to deactivate call barring (NOKIA) .

Follow the below instruction:

Go to Menu,
Enter settings,
Scroll to Security,
You will see call barring on that list,
Click on it,and scroll to last option and you will see cancel call barring.

Your cell phone might not be the same with these functions, but the procedure are aways the same..

Good luck.

Unable to make and recieve calls

I flashed and flexed the set but to no avail, tried a software update but no update was available from motorola. I then went to the Security settings of the set and restricted all outgoing calls and restricted all incoming calls except the phonebook entries. Then I dialed my mobile using a landline which was on my phonebook and my phone started recieving the calls, then after that I allowed all incoming and outgoing calls. This solved the problem. I believe it is sheer luck because I tried that step earlier on the same day but it gave no result.
