Self cleaning we used the self cleaner on our GE Spectra electric Range and now we can't get it to bake. It just keeps flashing on clean.

I have had the same problem on our ge oven for years.
I found that there is a micro switch that does not switch back to bake mode after self cleaning. If you move the lever to self clean and back to normal VERY SLOWLY, the switch may work correctly for bake. We have been doing this for years. The switch can be seen from the from behind the lever mechanism. I would like to replace ours, but I need to figure out how to get to it. If anyone knows how to get to the switch to replace it, that would be great.

After running the oven through self clean mode no other bake cycle works just flashes clean. the clean cycle still works

stuck switch in the lock assembly. You need to remove or lift the cooktop to get to the lock assembly. I don't remember how the cooktop is attached on this model, it may be on clips in the front, or held by screws. Good luck.

Ge spectra xl44 stove

Most likely the oven ignitor is bad or weak.  You can look at it and see how it compares to the broil ignitor.  If you see a whitish color on the ignitor and if it doesn't fully glow then it needs to be replaced.
