Broken screen = no hotsync

cannot hotsync to save data to transfer to a new one because of the broken screen. I got the palm to turn on and unlock after much effort but there is no way to navigate. the buttons at the bottom work but they are not set to hotsync. I didn't drop it. It was in my front pocket and I squatted down. I then pulled it out to enter data and wallah a broken screen. Love the palm it is old fashioned but really serves me well for work.
