Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

1 Answer

My Sansa won't start up.

I just got it a few weeks ago, and it was working fine, the battery died for the first time yesterday. Now, I want to charge won't, all that happens is the blue light around the scrolling button turns on, and that's it, the same goes when I try to turn it on normally. Note that when I tried to start it up last night, I at least saw the "low battery" warning, now I see a black screen.

My sansa clip was working yesterday and when i woke up i turned it on and the lights started blinking and it shut down what do i do?

Try Fully charging the most electrical equiptment have a reserve built in its battery so you are able to switch on by going off again Batteries need fully charging. If you have done this then your battery does not hold its charge Sorry but they need replacing.

If the light around the spinning wheel is blue and the screen is black, then Hold the on/off button up for about 10-20 seconds and it should turn off. then you can just turn it on again. I fit doesn't work, then just wait for the battery to die and charge it back up.

Listen everyone this is what happened to me and what I did. Let the battery drain completely (unplugged from computer). It usually takes 5 to 6 hours to drain completely.
Then plug back in and hold the back and down button at the same time. Zune should resume functioning afterwards. All that is needed is a recharge.

sounds like it might be either a bad firmware driver, which can be erased and reinstalled via the USB connection to your computer and a download from creative. Or the battery has gone bad, in which case you have to have it sent to creative for Repair.
